TRUE Tonic Water

Ingredients: 1oz TRUE Authentic Tonic Syrup : 3oz club soda/sparkling water/water

Directions: Combine over ice, stir briefly, garnish if desired. Add 1.5oz gin for a Gin & Tonic, or substitute gin for vodka (V&T), rum (R&T), or even whiskey (W&T).

Kola Old Fashioned

Ingredients: 0.25oz TRUE Authentic Kola Syrup : 2.25oz rye whiskey or bourbon : dash aromatic bitters : lemon peel/orange peel garnish

Directions: Combine the kola syrup and bitters in the bottom of the glass, stirring to mix. Add ice and then whiskey to the glass and stir with a barspoon for 30 seconds (don't shorten this time- you'll be disappointed). Express lemon or orange peel over the top of the glass and run it around the rim, then arrange it on top or drop in the glass.

Grenadine Punch

Ingredients: 1 bottle TRUE Authentic Grenadine Syrup : 7oz citrus juice (orange, lemon, lime, or grapefruit, adjusting volume for tartness) : 1 750mL bottle white rum (vodka, gin, tequila, or whiskey can be substituted) : optional 12oz can club soda : 2 lemons for garnish

Directions: combine ingredients (start with half the citrus juice and add until properly tart to your taste) in a punch bowl with ice and top with floating lemon wheels

 

TRUE Authentic Gin & Tonic

Ingredients: 1oz TRUE Authentic Tonic Syrup : 1.5oz gin : 3oz club soda

Directions: Combine ingredients over ice, stir briefly to combine, garnish with lime wedge or orange peel.

 

TRUE Authentic Kola Soda

Ingredients: 1oz TRUE Authentic Kola Syrup : 3oz club soda

Directions: Combine ingredients over ice, add 1.5oz rum for a Rum & Coke or 1.5oz whiskey for a Whiskey Coke.

 

Pomegranate Whiskey Sour

Ingredients: 1oz TRUE Authentic Grenadine Syrup : 1.5oz whiskey : juice of 1/2 lemon (approximately .75oz) : one egg white : lemon peel garnish

Directions: Combine ingredients without ice in a shaker. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Open shaker and add ice. Shake again for 30 seconds, then strain into a coupe or martini glass and express the lemon peel over the top of the glass.
